How Does The Process Start?

You're going to begin with a no-obligation free 30 minute appointment so I can get a clear picture about what you want.

Once I have a general idea of the outcomes you want in life, then I look at the purpose of those desires and the specific tangible results you want to achieve so you feel successful.

After gathering a list of your desires, we can then dig down into the drivers, beliefs, values and life conditioning that cause your current cognitive and behavioral patterns.

A major part of life transformation is creating a detailed psychological map of both where you are now and the TANGIBLE results you can see yourself with at the end of this process.

2 Reasons Why People Often Fail When Trying To Change Old Habits

  1. Identity

    I use the word "identity" here, to describe the sense of "me" that we all feel.

    One of the reasons it is so hard to change ourselves OR even for psychologists to change people is because many of our habits and beliefs are part of our identity.

    You can imagine that if a person wants to make more money or have a fulfilling relationship but the beliefs and past conditioning that cause their limitations are part of their identity, they can try very hard to change themselves and repeatedly meet with failure.

    When you sit down with me and we design the strategies for you to achieve your tangible results, I will first work with you to construct a supporting "safety net" of belief systems and transitional conditioning so your subconscious feels safe that your identity is strong, even though you are changing negative patterns your identity may have heavily relied on in the past.


  2. Certainty

    The contrasting feeling between certainty and uncertainty is a warning signal from our subconscious mind to let us know when something doesn't match our conditioned
    perception of reality.

    Your sense of reality is very important to take into account when making life changes. We have all seen even the most sane person have a "crazy moment" when their sense of what is real or fantasy gets shaken and confused. A great example of this is a mid-life crisis.

    Our mind collects information from the world around us.

    That sounds obvious, I know. Although, our mind does NOT collect ALL the information that is available to us through our 5 senses, only some of it.

    We only collect information that is important according to our beliefs and values systems. Beliefs and values systems are determined by our past conditioning, most of which was situationally accidental.

    My point is this.

    Life coaches and even sometimes psychologists who change or remove belief and values systems without realising those systems could be part of the fabric of their clients "reality", can accidentally cause earth-shaking negative repercussions through their clients life, creating more problems or limitations than their client originally had.

    This is why you can feel safe with me.

    Before you begin this process, we go through a system that I personally designed, to document your "neurological map of reality". This means that your change work is done while taking every possible precaution to ensure your safety and long term success.

 

Just like a rubber band, if your subconscious doesn't feel safety, certainty and that your identity is secure, then your old behavior can snap back to its original state 5 minutes after your session.

But, if your transformation sessions are done properly you will get lasting, fulfilling results.

 

 

7 Step Transformation Program

  1. The starting point for your personal transformation as mentioned, is to make a detailed psychological map or "Blue Print" of the neurological strategies you are using to achieve
    your current results.

  2. Next we will define your main limitations and construct action plans for breakthrough from those negative strongholds.

  3. From this point we are in a strong position to design a Blue Print For Success that you will
    feel comfortable with.   We will define specifically what you want in life and where you
    see yourself in the future

  4. Once I have these specific details I will draw a direct line between where you currently stand
    and where you see yourself achieving your desired results.

  5. From this "Contrast of Conditioning" there will be large, medium and small neurological habits, belief systems and perceptions about how you experience the world that are revealed to me.

  6. Once these parts of your psyche are revealed, we are going to go through them in detail and
    you will chose to either leave the old pattern OR change, shift, evolve and even install new cognitive and behavioral patterns so you can be the person you need to be in order to
    achieve the life you desire.

  7. For the most effective results I usually recommend a weekly appointment for a 3 month period. This allows a great number of fine adjustments to be made so your psychology is congruent, in harmony and laser focused so you achieve your desires.

*Depending on the level transformation you want to achieve, the schedule may be shorter or longer.

 

 

 

 

The BIGGEST Common Problem People Have In Life

It is, knowing how to make the right choice.

This seems like a silly statement because making decisions is something that we do every day.
But, it is honestly one of the biggest reasons why people do my program. My clients want to make good choices and move into the future with a feeling of "I know this is the right choice for me".

[Values + Beliefs + Resources] x Action = Certainty.

*A more conversational way to state the above equation is like this;

You have to Know what you want, next you need to know what it means to get what you want, then you need to know the resources you need to get what you want. Finally you need to make an action plan and take steps towards achieving what you want.

99.9% of things in the world have already been done by someone else. All you need to do to achieve their results is upgrade the way your mind is conditioned
